| Bio: | I was born in Barnstaple, North Devon and lived there till I was 7, when my parents split up. I then moved to Scarborough in 1984 to live with my mum and stepdad. When I was 18, I became a father to Anja, who is now 12 but my relationship with Anja'a mum didn't work out. I don't care to remember the years 1996-1999 as they were pretty fucking depressing. In 1999 I made the best decision I ever made, which was to resurrect my education. It was hard to go back to college and study at 22 but I did it and excelled at my A levels. Shortly before I went to uni I made the disasterous decision to start a new relationship. This affected my whole university career and is my one true regret (although if I hadn't have done it things may not be the way they are now, but that is just speculation). This relationship was disasterous but I somehow squeaked out of uni with a 2:2 (I missed a 2:1 by 1 mark. Curses!). Anyhow, after a stint on a fruit and veg stall (to earn holiday money, and to add to my stints in a toy museum and fish and chip shop, quiz fans) I moved to London to seek fame and fortune or a least a job. I moved in to a house with the son of one of my mum's friends, rent -free till I found work (this was disasterous too). I soon found a place of my own and a job at Wetherspoons in Croydon. I made many friends there and eventually got my desired job in the Civil Service. I moved to Wood Green and into a house share with a guy called Andy (he is one of the nicest people I have ever met and I should may more of an effort to keep in touch), I was living here and happily working in the Archive team at HMT when I made my usual Xmas visit to Scarborough. On this visit, I went to the Pickwick as usual when I found my friends, amongst them a rather drunk and emotional Hollie. You all know this story (Hollie runs away to London, then back to Scarborough, then back to London, and then lov forever). Anyway, we moved to a lovely house in Leytonstone. I got promoted and spent a year working for Gordon Brown, then I got promoted again and moved to the Cabinet Office. Me and Hollie got married in November and we are living happily ever after. The end.
